What Truly Ails Pakistan

  Aristotle, the Greek philosopher, declared liberty as the cornerstone of a democratic state over 20 centuries ago. Since then, humanity has consistently sought to define and redefine democracy with this principle at its core. But why is liberty so crucial to the very foundation of democracy? The answer may be rooted in how the human brain functions.
